Intro Module: Becoming The Space

In the Intro Module, students learn to directly recognize their unchanging nature beyond ego, identity, and separation. Awareness shifts from duality into non-duality, revealing the dimension of self that is not separate from anything or anyone.

Students are introduced to the methodology of energy tracking from non-dual awareness. This unified perspective allows practitioners to observe emotions, patterns, and circumstances with neutrality and clarity, without bypassing. Rather than avoiding lower-density material, students learn to remain present while processing and integrating it, becoming more embodied in their true nature.

In this module, students learn the methodology of energy tracking before engaging with the energetic anatomy itself. This skill is refined and embodied over the remaining six months of the training. It moves beyond conceptual knowledge of the energetic system and off the map entirely, into direct experience of the territory itself.

Module One: The Root Chakra

Within the Root Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Belonging: initial ruptures with safety and belonging in the body and energy field, including traumas in the womb, during birth, in the ancestry, or past-life deaths, that distort grounding to Mother Earth and the healthy flow of physical energy.

When dominant, this wound disrupts the capacity to feel safe, secure, grounded, and at home in the body and on earth, often revealing poor energetic boundaries, hyper-sensitivity and hyper-vigilance, and “homesickness” to a place far away rather than a sense of home here and now. This wound manifests as the Leaving Pattern, where energy hovers in the mind and above the body fragmenting presence, rather than flowing through the root, legs, and earth.

As this wound heals, students learn to perceive physical biofield energy and the physical energy of the body’s systems and organs, restoring physical health, vitality, and energetic abundance, awakening to the Ground of Being: an agendaless presence of infinite, unconditional safety, restoring wellbeing, interconnectedness and belonging with the earth and within oneself, where one’s true essence can be born from.

Module Two: The Sacral Chakra

Within the Sacral Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Abandonment: ruptures with emotional attunement, connection and fullness between ages six months and two years, manifesting later as anxious attachment, fear of abandonment, poor boundaries, addiction, and codependency.

When dominant, this wound manifests as the Merging Pattern, an energetic leaving of one’s center attuning to others for connection, often taking on the emotions, energy, and the problems of others in an unconscious attempt to get their needs met and avoid the inner void where connection and attunement were ruptured.

As this wound heals, extrasensory abilities within the Sacral stabilize. Practitioners shift from anxious to secure attachment, restore boundaries and inner fullness, and naturally sense the emotional wave of others with precision and refinement, becoming a master of the emotional and sensory world. From the awakened level, one heals their connection with the divine mother quality of the universe, drinking from an infinite source of unconditional love, emotional fullness, and awakened access to their sensual bliss body.

Module Three: Solar Plexus Chakra

Within the Solar Plexus Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Unsupported: ruptures with the masculine and father figure between ages two-four and beyond around being consistent, reliable, and present.

When dominant, this wound manifests as the Merging-Compensated Pattern, where the child gave up on getting their emotional needs met, cutting themselves off from their needs altogether and pretending they don't exist. Hyper self-reliance masks avoidance and the inability to securely and intimately connect, or feel worthy of receiving support.

Practitioners heal original ruptures with both the masculine and feminine, learning it is safe to have needs and that they can get met, as this container is specifically designed to meet the nuanced sacred process of repairing these ruptures and offering presence and authentic support. This opens the solar plexus from distortion and limiting beliefs to the ability to perceive truth, discernment, alignment, and authentic direction. In the awakening the third level of the energy body opens to interconnectedness and the infinite support of life, expanding their capacity to receive in all ways and merging personal will with divine will & ones highest aligned purpose and direction.

Module Four: The Heart Chakra

Within the Heart Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Betrayal: ruptures of trust, protection, and inner and outer union. When dominant, this wound manifests as the Aggressive Pattern later in life, where energy splits from the rising of kundalini in the central channel and instead expresses in the world as a misuse of power to maintain safety and control rather than piercing through the heart and expressing in service to the whole.

Practitioners heal ruptures of betrayal from childhood and ancient lifetimes, restoring union within themselves and their kundalini energy through the heart, awakening to the level of True Power. They also learn to work with energy through the body in themselves and others as "enlightened activity", self-liberating and self-organizing in nature.

Module Five: The Throat Chakra

Within the Throat Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Oppression: initial ruptures of the misuse of power between ages two and thirteen, rupturing autonomy, the ability to say no, and authentic self-expression without backlash or consequence.

When dominant, this wound manifests as the Enduring Pattern, severing connection to inner wisdom, authority, and truth, leading to self-sacrifice and hidden layers of resentment. When the body’s wisdom is not heard or expressed, energy blocks and results in stuckness, powerlessness, chronic illness, or autoimmune disease, where energy turns back on itself rather than flowing outward.

Practitioners heal ruptures of autonomy from childhood, ancestry, and past lifetimes where freedom was taken and gifts were unsafe to express. As the throat opens, authentic frequency, soul’s blueprint, divine plan, and purpose are remembered and embodied, restoring divine flow and synchronization with the universe and harmony between physical and soul expression. 

Module Six: Third Eye Chakra

Within the Third Eye Chakra, students uncover the Core wound of Visibility: initial ruptures of perception and projection during ages 2-13 that blocked the quantum expression of one’s soul essence and gifts from being seen and fully developing.

When dominant, this wound manifests as the Hysteric Pattern, where focus and direction fragment and attention turns toward performance and being noticed or special to cope with not being seen or known.

At this level, practitioners heal third-dimensional conditioning that disconnects them from multidimensional expression, extrasensory perception, and authentic uniqueness. They learn to truly see themselves and others beyond 3rd-dimensional programming, and track energy across dimensions and timelines to resolve patterns at their original cause, whether ancestral, karmic, or multidimensional.

Module Seven: Crown Chakra

Within the Crown Chakra, students uncover the Core Wound of Recognition: ruptures between ages 2-13, where approval and love were given based on appearance, achievement and performance rather than essence and being. Wherever it was learned that love was conditional and that love comes from "what you do" rather than for simply being "who you are".

When dominant, this wound manifests as the Rigid Pattern, an energetic cage that blocks flow, clenches the jaw and severs authenticity, creating a reliance on external authority and referencing for identity and direction.

In this training, practitioners dissolve conditioning layers and restore connection to authentic essence, inner guidance and divine clarity, opening the gift of gnosis, direct knowing from the higher mind, interconnected like a crystalline grid beyond space and time, becoming a channel for higher knowledge, clarity, divine systems and structures.

In this module, Gilly guides students through a comprehensive journey of the body, its organs, meridians, and systems, teaching how to speak the language of the body and healing physical ailments to the root. Students learn to translate physical symptoms into emotional imbalances, trauma, blocked energy, and imbalances, all the way down to the most fundamental 7 core wounds.

Drawing on thousands of years of Chinese medicine and over a decade of clinical experience, Gilly weaves ancient wisdom with her wisdom in energy tracking and listening to the body in real time. Students learn how to restore balance, harmony, and coherence across not just the physical body but the mind, emotions and soul.
